Live PDF-header checks on 2026-10-27 confirmed 2,748 available official links across 61 subjects and 3,050 available links including the historical archives. 7 source-listed PDFs were unavailable and are excluded from downloads, with notes on the affected subject cards. This checks link access and PDF headers, not the complete contents or a full text audit of every subject. Some courses have coursework or listening audio instead of a written paper in a particular year. Mandarin written PDFs are listed under Mandarin Simplified and Mandarin Traditional.
Cancelled-year practice checked 2026-10-27: 234 accessible archived practice PDFs for 2021; 13 for 2020 in the checked sources. These are not sat exam papers and are excluded from exam-paper and question-analysis counts. Coursework assignments are labelled separately, not counted as question papers. Where an assignment PDF explicitly confirms a different session from its archive folder, its verified year and the archive discrepancy are shown on the download. Other conflicting cover years were rejected. Where the cover year could not be confirmed, the download shows that warning. Access does not establish standardised marking or permission to republish.
Checked 21 October 2026: 866 National 5 and Higher source PDFs across 14 main subjects in the 2017–2026 window. 861 have usable extracted text; 5 need OCR for reliable text analysis. This checks access and text extraction, not question-by-question analysis or independent assessment review.
The 2020 and 2021 exams were cancelled, so this ten-calendar-year window contains at most eight exam sittings. Historical archives here cover National 5 and Higher only. Some PDFs omit copyright-protected material; readable text does not guarantee that diagrams, tables, formulae or every passage were extracted correctly.
